As a growing company, we are seeking a talented Assistant Designer to join our dynamic team and assist the Senior Designer for women’s activewear.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Research and Development
   • Conduct thorough landscape and brand research for relevant business segments.
   • Create CAD sketches of styles under development.
   • Assist in the creation of seasonal design catalogs.
2. Tech Pack and Sampling Management
   • Ensure sampling technical packs are completed accurately and submitted on time to overseas partners.
   • Track and manage samples, ensuring deadlines align with the seasonal design calendar.
3. Presentation and Showroom Prep
   • Assist in assembling presentation boards and materials.
   • Prepare the showroom and organize samples for display.
4. Administrative and Special Projects
   • Provide general support for the design team, including handling special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role or strong internship experience in fashion design.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
