*Job Summary* As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests at our hotel. Your role is crucial in creating a positive guest experience from check-in to check-out.
*Responsibilities* – Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities – Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently (experience with Opera Cloud prefered)
– Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally – Operate the hotel phone system and direct calls to the appropriate department – Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
– Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction *Experience* – Previous experience in a guest service role is preferred – Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry practices
– Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling guest relations
– Experience with night audit procedures is a plus
– Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
