Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will lead the development of engaging and innovative eLearning solutions for our clients. You’ll be the primary point of contact, managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and adapt project approaches to meet specific requirements.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Build and support strong project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality and technical standards.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
- Scope Management: Proactively manage project scope and communicate changes effectively.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in digital content or eLearning development.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.
- Strong leadership and customer experience skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools like Monday.com.
- Commercial awareness with a focus on profitability and value addition.
Desirable Skills
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- PRINCE2 or AMP certification.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 accredited systems.
