In this role you will:

  • Consolidate team action items and track their completion
  • Partner with other project coordinators on standardization of reporting and lessons learned
  • Create templates which allow partners to understand and apply the data analysis results
  • Ensure documentation is well organised and accessible
  • Manage annual contract extension matrix ensuring amendments are completed on time
  • Develop dashboards for ongoing operations and reporting, including creating a live reporting tool for real time progress reporting, trending, data validation & regional communications
  • Prepare reports for executive leadership that communicate trends, patterns and predictions using program data
  • Ensure imported data is accurate, working with partners to validate and update if necessary
  • Support development and updates of monthly reporting
  • Support vendor program, including pipeline, contracts, and onboarding

We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Are fluent in Spanish
  • Have experience in data analysis for a large project
  • Have experience in front end planning, land acquisition and coordinating with multiple partner teams
  • Have an understanding of QuickBase tools
  • Enjoy collecting and interpreting data, analysing results & creating automated reports for stakeholder review
  • Have experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics
  • Have worked closely with stakeholders in gathering requirements, performing analysis and delivering complex analysis to support strategic business decisions

The salary range for this role is between $96,000 and $125,000 but actual salary offered is dependent on skill set, education and experience
