🔧 Key Responsibilities
As a Radiological Control Technician, you will:
- Monitor and identify abnormal or unexpected radiation levels, assess the cause, and determine whether deviations are due to transient conditions, equipment malfunctions, or other factors.
- Oversee radiation safety measures in storage, decontamination areas, and control points to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct and interpret surveys of air, water, and surfaces for radiation contamination.
- Maintain continuous surveillance of tools, equipment, and areas that may be contaminated.
- Obtain and maintain all required Shipyard and radiological control technician certifications and qualifications.📑 Required Documents
