  • Position Purpose: Analyze manpower issues using statistical and mathematical modeling, support integration of data infrastructure, and provide research-based recommendations to senior leadership.

🧪 Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct operational research and statistical analysis on manpower data.
  • Use models to simulate, identify trends, and analyze costs.
  • Collaborate with decision-makers and apply economic analysis techniques.
  • Develop manpower models and provide data infrastructure support.

🎓 Qualifications & Education:

Experience (GS-12 level or equivalent):

  • At least 1 year of specialized experience in:
    • Developing and applying mathematical/statistical models.
    • Using automation tools for data entry and analysis.
    • Presenting data insights using modern software (including AI).
    • Advising on program objectives and resource allocation.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations research, OR
  • Bachelor’s degree with 24 semester hours in related fields (math, statistics, logic, science), including at least 3 hours in calculus.
  • Transcript required for application.

  • Must hold/obtain a valid driver’s license, U.S. passport, and security clearance.
