Flexible Working Options:
Our BCBA role is a hybrid position, primarily remote, requiring in-person client-specific presence only once per month (for local BCBAs) or once every 60 days (for out-of-state BCBAs).
Paid travel for all in-person supervision.
BCBAs have the flexibility to build their own schedules to meet clients’ needs while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. This full-time BCBA role is based on a minimum of 30 billable hours per week.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst Duties and Responsibilities
Use appropriate assessment tools and data to develop and implement teaching programs that align with the behavioral and other objectives in the Individual Support Plan (ISP).
Ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively, document contacts and observations, and utilize professional knowledge and judgment to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure all treatment plans and programs meet contracted requirements, insurance certifications, and other expectations. Strive to exceed professional standards with pride and support.
Develop creative solutions to ensure continuity and consistency of treatment and support services across settings throughout the client’s lifespan.
Create strategies to maintain service quality during transitions in client care.
Act as a supervisor and mentor to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Conduct client assessments with parents or guardians.
Provide parent training and meetings on a weekly or biweekly basis.
Participate in client care coordination as appropriate.
Remote Working Conditions
Personal laptop/desktop computer for work purposes only. Devices should have up-to-date anti-virus software and firewalls, and must be self-purchased and maintained.
Work in compliance with HIPAA to safeguard patient information.
Have a reliable internet connection.
Qualifications and Skills
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
Ability to become licensed as an LBA in Virginia is essential.
At least one year of experience in applied behavior analysis and autism intervention is required.
Willingness to travel to the local area (minimum once a month for local BCBAs, or once every 60 days for out-of-state BCBAs) for supervision and family meetings.
Experience providing remote clinical assessments, supervision, and parent training is desirable.
Familiarity with in-home services, knowledge of child development, and experience working with diverse clientele is a plus.
Excellent team collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
Ability to self-monitor, self-correct, and effectively manage time is essential.
