Facilities Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Preventative Maintenance
  The Facilities Maintenance Engineer is responsible for executing preventive maintenance programs. This includes regular inspections and servicing of equipment, systems, and structures to avoid malfunctions and ensure they operate at peak performance.
• Repairs and Troubleshooting
  When issues arise, the engineer must quickly diagnose and resolve problems. This could involve repairing electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing, and other building infrastructure to minimize downtime and disruption.
