Clinical Supervisor Summary:
As the ABA Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading a team of behavior technicians, registered behavior technicians (RBTs), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Your key responsibility will be to ensure the effective implementation of ABA interventions and the provision of high-quality services for our clients.
This includes providing clinical guidance, conducting assessments, and developing and maintaining treatment plans for a small caseload. Collaboration and communication with families, team members, leadership, and other stakeholders will be crucial in ensuring optimal client progress and program growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical Supervision: Provide direct clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians, RBTs, and BCBAs. Offer ongoing feedback, mentorship, and support to enhance professional growth and ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards.
Treatment Planning: Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using ABA principles and evidence-based practices for a caseload of 3-5 clients. Collaborate with the clinical team and families to create meaningful goals and intervention strategies.
Program Oversight: Monitor the implementation of ABA programs and interventions to ensure fidelity and effectiveness. Regularly review and analyze data using the EHR system.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment. Coordinate with BCBAs, behavior technicians, executive leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of services, aligned with the company’s ethos.
Family Collaboration: Build and maintain positive relationships with families, offering guidance and support to address concerns and questions.
Staff Training: Develop and deliver training programs for behavior technicians, RBTs, BCBA supervisees, and other team members to enhance their skills in ABA methodologies, intervention strategies, and ethical practices. Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in the field.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data collected during assessments and intervention sessions to evaluate program effectiveness. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for families, team members, and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and reviews to monitor program implementation and identify areas needing improvement or support.
Multitasking: Manage competing demands within the area of responsibility, while building collaborative and supportive relationships within the TA community.
Support Innovation and Development: Assist with the implementation of quality improvement plans aligned with company goals.
Confidentiality: Adhere to all policies regarding the sensitive nature of information handled in this role.

Additional Requirements:
Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA, including supervisory roles.
Extensive knowledge of ABA principles, assessment tools, and evidence-based interventions.
Strong leadership and managerial skills to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff, families, and professionals.
Proficient in data analysis and data-based decision-making.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with ABA regulations and ethical guidelines.
Commitment to ongoing professional development.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR.
Education and Experience:
Master’s degree required
BCBA certification with an active BACB license
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of VA with an active LBA number
Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
Location and Working Hours:
Location: Remote
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm with emergency support outside of these hours as needed
