Key Duties
- Psychological Assessment: Conduct evaluations for a broad range of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral disorders.
- Treatment Planning: Develop, monitor, and document individualized clinical treatment plans and progress notes in a timely manner.
- Testing Oversight: Administer and interpret psychological tests; ensure secure storage of instruments and raw data.
- Therapeutic Services: Lead individual and group therapy sessions, as well as psychoeducational and psychotherapeutic interventions.
- Supervision & Training: Provide expert guidance and training on diagnosis and treatment to credentialed staff and interns.
Conditions of Employment

- Health Requirements:
- Seasonal flu vaccination (or exemption)
- Immunization screening, including Hepatitis B
- Maintain current BLS certification (American Red Cross)
- Credentialing: Meet and maintain all professional licensure requirements.
Qualifications
Basic Requirement
- Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Clinical Psychology.
Specialized Experience
- One year of post-doctoral experience (GS-12 level) in:
- Performing psychological evaluations
- Developing and implementing behavioral health treatment plans
- Providing individual and group counseling
Licensure
- Active, unrestricted clinical psychology license from any U.S. state, territory, or D.C.
Note: No substitution of education for experience; foreign degrees require U.S. equivalency evaluation.
