Assistant Manager Your Impactful Goals

  • Develop and manage Circle & Regional level Business and Distribution KPI reporting and dashboards (GSM).
  • Handle Technology/Technical KPI Reporting and Analysis to support operational efficiency.
  • Establish a digital reporting environment for enhanced operational processes.
  • Enhance the reporting and analysis framework by designing dashboards tailored to business requirements and new projects.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly regional business plans to guide strategic objectives.
  • Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and year-to-date business analyses while managing Battle Room operations.
  • Offer actionable business insights to regional teams to facilitate decision-making.
  • Monitor growth metrics at regional, franchise, cluster, site, and retail levels on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Regularly engage with regional teams to capture feedback, identify requirements, and align reporting processes accordingly.
  • Conduct regional visits and business reviews, develop actionable plans, and ensure follow-up.

Your Typical Day at Work

  • Ensure the effective implementation of reporting, analysis, and policies related to the sales and distribution of Telenor products and services.
  • Deeply analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Design and manage GSM and I&D dashboards to minimize manual work and streamline operations.
  • Take a process-oriented approach to problem-solving, reporting, data interpretation, and quantitative analysis.
  • Ensure all performance tracking reports are completed accurately and meet deadlines.
  • Address analysis and reporting needs promptly, adhering to turnaround times.
  • Review report outputs for relevance and accuracy, aligning them with management and regional requirements.
  • Plan and execute special projects while providing visibility and support to regional and planning units.
  • Identify growth opportunities using KPIs, enhance current analysis, and highlight key focus areas for improvement.
  • Perform number crunching, data quality checks, validation, and data archiving as part of regular reporting.
  • Execute regional reporting on a daily basis, maintaining adherence to agreed formats.
  • Conduct analyses on regional infringements of SIMs and scratch cards.
  • Verify staff commissions (GSM) and provide visibility to sales teams.
  • Identify KPI gaps and support sales teams in increasing market share.
  • Lead monthly business reviews for belt owners, fostering actionable outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Preferably MBA, MCS, BBA, or BSc.
  • Work Experience: 3–5 years of telco experience, particularly in reporting and analysis, with knowledge of sales and distribution frameworks.

  • Ability to carry out reporting, analyses, and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
