We’re seeking a Senior Director Conversions to join our stellar team. You will be responsible for all facets of a large high profile conversion project.

Work Modes: Broadridge values flexibility and offering the right balance of virtual and in-person activities. We classify our jobs in three work modes: On-site, Hybrid, and Off-site. This is a hybrid role assigned to a Broadridge location or coworking space. To foster a collaborative working environment, you will attend meetings, trainings, and events on-site as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate conversion project resources
  • Design and execute a conversion project plan that sets realistic expectations.
  • Maintenance and governance of the conversion project plan
  • Establish and maintain consistent communication with the client regarding progress of conversion.
  • Coordinate and manage Workflow / Gap process.
  • Coordinate and manage Mock and Parallel activity.
  • Coordinate and manage static data set up and testing process.
  • Coordinate and manage training process

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Banking or Brokerage operations
  • Some knowledge of the Broadridge capital markets processing systems (Impact, BPS and GPTM)
  • Comfortable with applied technology in the operations space
  • Good communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting clients in during a large technology transformation project
