Location: Cincinnati, OH

As the Product & Content Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for understanding key personas, defining value propositions, and creating content that resonates in the market. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and operational teams to inform buyer journeys and execute lead generation campaigns. A primary role will be to enhance and increase engagement through content marketing across multiple platforms, including websites, email campaigns, direct and digital platforms, videos, podcasts and social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market intelligence-be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  • Conduct market research analyses necessary to develop new content targeting audience personas.
  • Lead the design and development of compelling content that achieves desired goals across all digital channels including paid search, social media marketing, unique landing pages and lead-nurturing email marketing strategies.
  • Develop and execute sales enablement activities across the company.
  • Help gather and distill feedback from clients and partners about our current product suite and identify new market opportunities, serving as the voice of the customer to our firm.
  • Evangelize our products and solutions with internal stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Regularly assess performance of campaigns and direct ways to optimize results on a regular basis.

Skills:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a marketing/content role
  • Demonstrated success leading campaigns from concept through execution to optimization
  • Balance of creative and analytical thinking
  • Truly excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Great under pressure – focused, decisive, urgent
  • Active learner – continuously pursues and applies new knowledge and skills
  • Working knowledge of digital analytic tools, with a focus on interpretation
  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
  • Experience with complex or evolving B2B brands preferred

Reports to: CMO and works directly with assigned service line leaders
