Job description: We are looking for an Admin Officer / Accounts Officer

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain record for invoices & related document’s acknowledgment receipts & prepare to follow up letters. Ensure timely submission of annex-c & undertaking for exemption of WHT.
  • Track the status of invoices with the customer(s) and make sure that the invoice is timely booked in their system. Should be able to understand customer payable process & requirements.
  • Maintain record for debts, advances collections, Earnest Money, Tender Fees, Bank Guarantee & deductions.
  • Frequently visit customers for proper follow-up and collection.
  • Ensure Timely release of payments, earnest money, bank Guarantee.
  • Prepare & monitor branch expenditures & petty cash
  • Cross-check local procurement claims, ledger & spot purchase.
  • Recover bad debts/long overdue payments
  • Maintain Inventory Records (Inbound & Outbound) and report to Concerned Team Lead
  • Coordination with vendors for Local procurement (COGS & Non-COGS)
  • Supervise and assist admin related matters (Petty Cash, Transport, Stationery, Household etc)
  • Maintain proper record of Debts / EMs / BGs and follow-up for collection of Debts / EMs / BGs
  • Prepare to follow up letters or send follow up fax to customers
  • Frequently visit customers for proper follow-up and collection.
  • Collect expected receipts for the current month and prepare actual vs. expected receivable status on weekly basis.
  • Discuss and share EMs/ BGs status with concern team and branch manager, and update status accordingly
  • Maintain a record of Withholding income tax detail & collection of withholding income tax challan
  • Assist Team Lead / Any other task assigned by the team lead
  • Any other task assigned by manager/supervisor.

KEY SKILLS:

  • Proficient in MS Office specially Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Should have strong persuasion and communication.
  • Result-oriented with strong analytical & interpersonal skills.
  • Have a “Can-do” attitude.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • BBA/B.com/Accounting/Finance
  • Experience years (min)

SALARY:

  • 50k to 60k
  • Sim Allowance.

TIMINGS:
9:30 AM – 5:30 PM(Monday to Friday)
