Desktop Engineer, 1st, 2nd Line Support, Hybrid
THIS ENGAGEMENT HAS BEEN DEEMED OUTSIDE OF IR35.
IT Support Engineer required for a leading technology SME based in London.
The successful candidate will have a background supporting users, 1st and 2nd line, both face to face and remote. Very strong customer service skills with experience engaging with users of all seniority is essential.
Any experience providing back-office 3rd line support would be welcomed but is not essential.
In depth technical knowledge of Windows operating systems e.g. Win 10, O365, is essential. Knowledge of MAC useful, but NOT essential.
This is a hybrid role – 3-4 days per week on site.
Skills and experience required: –
- On-boarding and off-boarding of new users
- Setting up Windows devices and laptop
- O365
- Active Directory (Azure AD desirable)
- Experience using a ticketing system
- Laptop fixing (and other peripheral equipment)
- Trouble shooting conference rooms
