Join out client’s Digital Government team as a Digital Trainer, where you’ll help teams build and maintain digital assets such as websites and information systems. Your expertise will be pivotal in training teams to effectively use our online informational systems through digital innovation.Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver instructional programs to train State employees on technologies supporting online informational systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create clear and logical training materials.
- Lead training sessions focused on digital platforms, including website maintenance, chatbots, data dashboards, and other customer-facing digital assets.
- Use digital methodologies to optimize processes and operational efficiency.
- Build learning paths and training materials suited for varying skill levels.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of training experience, particularly in content management systems (CMS) such as Sitecore.
- Proven expertise in delivering effective training programs to diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Skills:
- Proficient in content creation, editing, and administration on a CMS.
- Strong ability to develop user-friendly training materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset for evaluating training effectiveness.
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards for digital content.
- Prior experience in government or public sector environments.
