Role Overview:The Inbound Growth Specialist at Hire5 will be responsible for developing and executing strategies from the ground up to attract and engage potential clients through inbound marketing channels. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and data-driven growth tactics to generate high-quality B2B leads in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving US-based business growth through innovative, non-outbound marketing strategies and will be adept at building inbound marketing systems from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement inbound marketing strategies from scratch to attract potential clients in the US market in addition to already existing sales.
Create and optimize high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars, to engage target audiences.
Manage and optimize the company’s SEO efforts to increase organic search visibility and traffic.
Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to ensure alignment and maximize lead conversion rates.
Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns to convert prospects into clients.
Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline inbound marketing efforts.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
Build and maintain a strong social media presence to enhance brand awareness and engage with potential clients.
Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to inbound marketing efforts.
Requirements:Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
3+ years of experience in inbound marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role.
Proven track record of generating high-quality B2B leads through inbound marketing strategies in the US market.
Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed goals.
Experience working in the outstaffing/outsourcing industry is a strong plus.
Working hours:To make sure you can work with clients & the founder in the US and team members across LatAm and Europe, we’ll need you to be ready to have an approximate schedule of working from 8 am to 4 pm Eastern Time ( ). Overall, the hours can be flexible and you can manage your schedule to organize your work in the most efficient way, however, these hours are typically the most active in our team and we expect you to be available.
