Job description: Adecco is hiring an Human Resources (HR) Professional This full-time, temporary hybrid role supports HR service delivery and employee inquiries. Candidates must be located in Alpharetta, GA or Dallas, TX.What’s in it for you?Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CTPay rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hourHybrid work model (must be local to Alpharetta, GA or Dallas, TX)Opportunity for growth and learningInclusive, dynamic, and team-oriented environmentResponsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries from employees, managers, and external partiesRespond to questions via phone and electronic channels with empathy, clarity, and professionalismNavigate multiple systems including ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and HR knowledge basesDocument all cases thoroughly and accuratelyAssist with HR transactions related to the employee life cycleEscalate or route complex inquiries to the appropriate departments or team leadsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless HR supportSupport Employee Care operations such as chatbot assistance, scheduling, and continuous improvement effortsQualifications:Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required (Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred)Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, customer service, or call center environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office; ServiceNow experience preferredFamiliarity with tools like SharePoint, virtual assistants, and knowledge repositoriesStrong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage confidential informationBi-lingual in Spanish is a plusPay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
