HRIS Analyst III

- Serves as the Project Coordinator for assigned HRIS projects and implementations. Works collaboratively with functional users, technical resources, and vendors to design and implement new processes and technology solutions.
- Participates in all aspects of HRIS project related work including tracking, identifying, monitoring, and communicating issues, risks and change impacts.
- Performs root cause analysis to troubleshoot end user and system issues including error messages, login difficulties, access denials, data issues and process failures. Researches and escalates, as necessary.
- Maintains foundational data (e.g., departments, locations), system configurations, and user system access.
- Performs mass data loads, as needed.
- Understands and supports system integrations and data exchange processes.
- Takes a continuous improvement approach to maintaining and improving data quality in HR systems by conducting routine audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Proactively analyzes HR processes and makes recommendations for process enhancements and technology improvements.
- Documents reporting needs and develops custom reports, queries, and dashboards to meet the requirements of the business. Identifies opportunities to streamline reporting. Trains end users to promote self-service reporting, where appropriate.
- Assists with regression and new functionality testing for system releases.
- Creates and maintains HRIS documentation as needed, such as process maps, detailed procedures, and specification documents.
- Effectively prioritizes and oversees multiple tasks.
- Manages multiple projects through ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Uses discretion and independent judgment in data analysis and reviewing data integrity issues.
Minimum QualificationsMinimum
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Administration, Human Resources; or commensurate experience
- Minimum of 5 years of HR related analyst experience
- Working knowledge of HRIS/HCM systems, preferably Oracle Cloud
- Proficient in MS Excel and a proven ability to manipulate data (e.g., VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
Preferred
- Experience configuring time and attendance systems (e.g., Oracle Time & Labor/Absence Management, ADP eTime)
- Experience with other HRIS applications, such as ADP, SAP, or Workday
- Experience implementing HRIS/HCM systems
- Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., advanced formulas, macros)
- Benefits or payroll experience

#LI-RemotePay range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually + annual bonus: up to 8% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws.
