Job DescriptionThe HR Systems Assistant will assist the HR Systems Team with the management of the HR Systems Help Desk by triaging incoming support tickets, providing level 1 system support, monitoring assigned systems, and performing tasks as assigned. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Troubleshoot user issues and reset accounts/passwords.
  • Escalate level 2 tickets to the HR Systems Administrator or HR Systems Manager.
  • Monitor ticket processing and compliance reporting.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits and assist with system integrations.
  • Support special projects as assigned.
  • Maintain and set up user accounts as directed.

QualificationsREQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 2 years of Level 1 experience supporting an HRIS, ATS or LMS.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Self-starter who shows curiosity and requires minimal prompting to act.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
  • Good organizational, time management and decision-making skills.
  • Confidence, flexibility, and the ability to maturely deal with unexpected demands and incidents.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with UKG Pro, SmartRecruiters and/or Relias.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
