Job description: Human Resource ManagerBy joining our agency, you will become part of our 50+ year legacy of providing services to children and families.About the position:The Human Resources manager will plan, coordinate, and direct the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff with support from the HR Assistant. The HR Manager will lead the creation of a culture that ensures employees feel valued and empowered. This includes implementing strategic talent management practices, identifying high-potential employees, creating development opportunities, and implementing succession planning.Education and Experience:

• AA Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• One year direct supervisory experience.
• Two years of professional experience working in public relations, personnel, hiring, and training; and/or a combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge and experience in using Microsoft applications and databases.

Details:

• Full-time 40hr per week, Exempt
• 52 Weeks per year
• Wage $31.48 per hour
