- Employee on-boarding and orientation
- Management of employment related claims
- Conduct investigations
- Manage/Maintain Drug & Alcohol Policy
- Handling employee complaints/concerns
- Perform exit interviews
Wage & Salary Administration, Payroll Support
- Wage/OT compliance
- FLSA Records Maintenance
- Paid Time Off (including sick pay compliance) maintenance
- Compensation development program
- Entry and maintenance of employees in computer system
Employee Relations
- Employee Communications Program
- Employee Recognition Program
Training & Development
- Performance reviews
- Interviewing skills
- Avoiding Sexual Harassment/Bullying in the workplace
- Solving employee performance problems
Workers Compensation & Employment Security
- On the job injury reports
- Work closely with Retro Program to manage claims and back to work program
- Respond to unemployment claims for terminated employees
Safety
- Manage safety teams, includes holding regular meetings, keeping minutes & follow up
- Managing First Aid Supplies
- Manage Yearly Hearing Tests
