- 5+ years of HR Business Partnering experience in SaaS or related industries
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent field

- Ability to seamlessly deliver and execute new HR tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support people related decision-making
- Experience acting as a trusted advisor/consultant that can influence without authority
- Self-starter with project coordination skills, ability to grasp the deliverables, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals in a fast-changing environment
- Comfortable with setting/delivering against ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial error and constantly improving
- Great communicator team-worker. Comfortable navigating global organization structures aligning objectives with cross-functional teams
- Ability to solve problems and identify root causes of various HR issues
- Strong solutions’ focus and being comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables
Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $114,200.00 – $177,100.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus and .Global benefits provide options for the following:
