  • Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools to source candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize performance.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates
  • Self-motivation and a drive to succeed.
  • Experience in Human Resources or coaching is an asset, but not required.
