- Utilize various recruiting platforms and tools to source candidates.
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to optimize performance.
- Advocate for personal growth and inspire others to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with candidates
- Self-motivation and a drive to succeed.
- Experience in Human Resources or coaching is an asset, but not required.
