Job description: Join the Apple Online Store Engineering team as a Frontend Engineer to help shape the future of Apple’s e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance web applications, delivering exceptional customer experiences across devices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative designs to life.Description DescriptionCollaborate with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to implement responsive and accessible web applications for Apple’s Online Store. Write clean, modular, and reusable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.js. Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user engagement, ensuring a seamless experience for millions of users globally. Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks, cross-browser compatibility issues, and ensure code quality through peer reviews and testing. Stay up to date with emerging web technologies and contribute to enhancing the online store’s frontend architecture. Ensure the highest standards in security, accessibility, and design fidelity.Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in frontend development, particularly in high-traffic, consumer-facing applications.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and experience with modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Solid understanding of browser internals, web performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.

- Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js, Nuxt.js).
- Familiarity with GraphQL and modern API paradigms.

- Knowledge of build tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
