Urgently needed for 
Fraud Investigator – Travel Company ($19/hr)
Company: ProPivotal
- Assisting with validation checks of advertisers
- Analyse information and make conclusions in an efficient manner about the legitimacy of the supplier/booking
- Make telephone calls and handle emails to assist customers with any additional checks we may need to validate them
- Evaluate the risk that an existing customer would pose to the company
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months experience dealing with fraud related issues
- Recent experience working in an office environment, any experience in the travel industry is a plus!
- Strong phone skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills
