If you’re an experienced Financial Advisor who thrives on building strong client relationships – but you’re tired of constant pressure to chase new business or meet rigid KPIs – this opportunity could be the breath of fresh air you’ve been waiting for.
A well-established financial planning firm is looking for a personable, client-focused Financial Adviser to take over a fully serviced and loyal client bank.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys the client interaction aspect of financial advice but would prefer to step away from heavy business development. With a steady stream of client referrals and internal opportunities, you’ll have all the ingredients for a successful and fulfilling career without needing to cold prospect or meet arbitrary growth targets.
You’ll benefit from a base salary of up to £75,000, with realistic first-year earnings of £100k+ thanks to an uncapped quarterly bonus scheme. The package includes 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), 5% employer pension contributions, death-in-service cover, and reimbursement of all business expenses. You’ll also be supported by a highly competent in-house team covering paraplanning, admin, compliance, and marketing – so you can spend more time doing what you do best: helping clients.
You’ll work from home with full flexibility or make use of the firm’s office if that suits you. In your day-to-day, you’ll provide holistic, tailored advice to existing clients, guiding them through the financial planning journey while identifying additional ways to add value. Meetings can be virtual or in person depending on client needs.
To be considered, you’ll need a Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, along with experience delivering regulated advice and managing long-term client relationships. You’ll be ethical, personable, and comfortable using digital tools to stay connected. If you’re self-driven, warm, and professional, you’ll feel right at home here.
This is a rare opportunity to join a values-led firm that puts clients first, supports advisers without micro-managing, and believes in long-term relationships over short-term sales.
