The company, formed in 2020 through the combination of Raytheon Company and the United Technologies Corporation aerospace businesses, is headquartered in Arlington, Virginia.Position Overview:RTX Digital Technology (DT) team is seeking a highly motivated individual to provide dedicated support and productivity guidance to the RTX Executives and Administrative Assistants.This position will be based in Cedar Rapids, IA and will provide support locally and remotely in other regions.The position provides comprehensive technical support and training for PC hardware and software, smartphones, iPads/tablets and other devices used by executives and their admins.The Executive Support Technician delivers the highest level of service, providing immediate responsiveness to requests and issues and is available outside of standard business hours as necessary.The Executive Support Technician is also required to provide support at off-site events, with travel as needed.What You Will do:

  • Handle 24\7 calls and emails from senior leadership and their administrative staff.
  • Configuration of all executive/admin computer systems.
  • Configuration and setup of printers/mobile devices (iPhones/iPads)
  • Configure, set up and maintenance of all software and hardware systems
  • Provide and coordinate remote event support as required by the executive(s) or Executive Support Manager. Some travel will be required.
  • Provide all computer desktop/laptop support at executive’s home offices.
  • Provide in office meeting support (Zoom, Teams, VTC).
  • Work with Executive Support Leadership to develop, maintain, and document standard device configurations.
  • Escalate to Executive Support Leadership and Infrastructure leads any issues that impact end user computer technologies.
  • Communication, coordination and oversight into operational activities including technology refresh and key suppliers support services for Executives.
  • Contribute to assurance that all incidents are resolved completely and promptly.
  • Able to travel as needed to support offsite events.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
  • 5+ years of applicable technical work experience in a professional/corporate service environment
  • 5+ PC technical support, remote communications, local area and wireless networking
  • Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance
  • Must be able to travel up to 25%

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Windows 10 operating systems, MS Office 2016/O365, end user support, iPhones, iPads, VTC, printer, remote events, networking, software installation and configuration
  • Outlook/iPhone/iOS troubleshooting skills and expertise
  • Strong technology troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex issues
  • Strong technology skills with video conferencing systems including Zoom, MS Teams and Polycom systems.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
