ESOL Tutors Pre-Entry to Level 2 – £28.08 per hour – various daytime, evening and weekend hours available

The Role: 

We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and adaptable Tutors who are committed to adult and community education, and who are focused on learner enjoyment and achievement. You will be joining a friendly team of tutors who deliver ESOL classes from Pre-Entry to Level 2 in face-to-face and online settings, and in community settings. You will be working in one of the most diverse boroughs in London, with an extensive ESOL provision. You should have experience of ESOL assessment, including exams and RARPA, and be willing to travel between sites.  

We welcome applications from all, but are particularly interested in recruiting tutors who are available to teach evening and/or Saturday classes, or who have the flexibility to cover classes online/ face-to-face at short notice.  

About you:

  • Relevant subject-specialist qualification
  • Experience in teaching the subject in an adult education setting is essential
  • Post-compulsory teaching qualification required, minimum Level 3
