Responsibilities
The ERP Technology Services Unit is seeking a skilled IT Senior Systems Analyst to play a critical role in managing the release process for our core ERP Systems. This position will act as a Release Coordinator, working with the Release Manager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, coordination, and execution of releases for all the major ERP platforms for Mayo Clinic, including Oracle ERP Fusion, Oracle FAW, Oracle EPM, and UKG Dimensions. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including IT technical teams, testing teams, functional teams, and vendors to ensure all preparation steps for the releases have been completed.
- Develop and maintain release plans, timelines, and communication strategies to ensure transparency and alignment across teams.
- Coordinate and schedule release activities with the various teams.
- Identify and help mitigate risks and issues that may impact release timelines or quality.
- Establish and enforce release management best practices and standards.
- Monitor and report on overall progress of release activities to leadership.
- Work closely with various teams to ensure IT Change Management practices are followed.
- Stay updated on platform release management trends, industry and emerging best practices in the area of Release Management.
This position requires:
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially as it pertains to working with a broad stakeholder base with multiple different position levels from multiple different domains/departments.
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proven experience acting as a Release Coordinator.
- Prior demonstrated technical experience, either in software development or operational support of SaaS/Cloud applications.
- Experience with both SaaS releases as well as custom-developed code releases.
- Deep understanding of the software development and release lifecycle.
Certification in project management (e.g. PMP) is beneficial but not required as well as a strong understanding or ERP systems and their release lifecycles.
This is a full time remote position. Incumbent must live within the United States. Mayo Clinic will not sponsor or transfer visas for this position including F1 OPT STEM.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 5 years technology or business administration experience, OR Associates degree with 7 years technology or business administration experience.
Other qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management or related field preferred. Excellent communication, organization, problem solving and facilitation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills including conflict resolution. Demonstrated history of continuing education in personnel and administrative processes. Strong understanding of financial concepts, business process, continuous improvement and organizational development. Demonstrated mastery of all requirements detailed in the Systems Analyst job description. Experience working in healthcare technology.
Experience with committee and consensus driven organizations.
Experience in finance and project management.
