Join Us AS End User Computing (EUC)/ Desktop Support Consultant

Job description: Role: End User Computing (EUC)/Support EngineerLocation: Cleveland, OHDuration: 6+ MonthsPrefer Local candidate or who can come onsite from Day 1 (5 days onsite a week)Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS and standard office applications.
- Support AV systems, printers, and other end-user devices.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and support documentation.
- Collaborate with other IT teams for issue escalation and resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in End User Computing or Help Desk Support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and remote desktop tools.
- Experience with hardware diagnostics and repair.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
Preferred:
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft MCP, or similar.
- Experience in enterprise-level support environments.
