We are a leading swimming pool maintenance and repair company serving Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. We specialize in providing exceptional service to residential and commercial pool owners, ensuring their pools are safe, clean, and functioning efficiently year-round. We are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team and help coordinate our field operations.Job Summary
As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing service calls for our pool technicians. You will act as the liaison between our customers, technicians, and office team, ensuring timely service and clear communication. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and dispatch pool technicians for routine maintenance, repairs, and emergency services
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address any service-related inquiries
  • Monitor technicians’ daily routes, optimizing schedules for efficiency and minimizing travel time
  • Handle urgent requests and reassign tasks as needed, while maintaining a smooth workflow
  • Use dispatch software to track job statuses, service requests, and technician availability
  • Assist with administrative duties, such as updating customer records and processing work orders
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Report any delays, issues, or feedback from the field to management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or dispatch experience is a plus
  • Previous experience in dispatching or a customer service role, preferably in the service industry
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with an ability to interact professionally with customers and team members
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets and other computer applications
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and problem-solve on the fly
  • Familiarity with the greater Los Angeles area is a plus
