Job description: ResponsibilitiesProvides onsite/remote site planning for installations. Assists in managing and configuring assets as necessary for 3rd level support. Reviews tickets and schedules service communicating with requestors to ensure service levels are met as needed. Provides in depth troubleshooting, while supporting senior level staff. Able to create documentation as instructed while participating in Desktop Services projects. Ability to research and comprehend technology shifts and emerging desktop solutions.Job Title: Desktop Systems Analyst II – IT ServicesLocation: Pearland Administrative OfficeDepartment: IT ServicesJob Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $59,108 – $73,025 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)QualificationsEducationRequired: High School diploma or GED from an accredited programPreferred: Technical Training or CertificationExperienceRequired: 3+ years of technical support analyst experience with strong troubleshooting skills.Experience in support of network and system infrastructure components.Knowledge of file and print sharing concepts.Preferred: Experience in support of networked endpoints and peripherals.Knowledge of current OS and Imaging solutions concepts.License(s)Required: Valid Driver’s licensePreferred: Technical certification or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.Special SkillsRequired: Experienced in support ticketing systems, provisioning of enterprise hardware solutions, and self-motivated with ability to excel in large team environmentsPreferred: Working understanding of Windows OS and MS Office products and maintenance upkeepOtherRequired: Excellent verbal and written skillsPreferred: MS SCCM or like solutions.
