Pay Range: $40.00 – $50.00 Per HourJob Summary:We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst II to join our team, providing high-level support for both PC and Mac environments within a corporate setting. The ideal candidate will solve software, hardware, and connectivity issues, maintain systems and peripherals, and ensure strong security measures. This role involves supporting remote employees, managing communication technologies, and maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service and technical skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain software/hardware.
- Assist in encryption and security tools management.
- Provide support for remote employees using various remote access technologies.
- Keep documentation and Knowledge Base up-to-date, and manage individual and ticket queues.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficient in Windows and Mac OS.
- Experienced with MS Exchange and Active Directory.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Industry Experience Required: Previous experience in a corporate IT support environment, preferably with Service Desk and Desktop Support for both PC and Mac. Experience in a walk-up bar support environment is beneficial.
