Duration: 6 MonthsJob Description:
The Desktop Support Technician will provide front-line IT support for a healthcare enterprise, handling service desk inquiries, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with telecom systems management.Key Responsibilities:

  • Support computer hardware, operating systems, networks, and applications.
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a multi-office environment.
  • Conduct mobile device audits and manage inventory.
  • Analyze invoices for compliance with vendor contracts.
  • Document resolutions in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
  • Provide support for password resets and Microsoft Office issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors on telecom claims and system updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 1 year of experience in IT support, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Windows 7 & 10 and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and remote support tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Customer service-oriented.

Preferred Skills:

  • ITIL Certification (a plus).
  • Ability to lift and install equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience with mobile devices (iOS, Android).
