Our mission is to provide children and youth in Arizona a safe environment, free from abuse and neglect by creating strong and successful families.The IT Department is ready to hire an IT Technician to join our team.We are seeking individuals who are compassionate, energetic, reliable, and hard-working and committed to providing the best possible technical service to our staff.In this role, you will diagnose, repair and maintain hardware and software. Install and configure computer hardware and provide IT desktop support for the organization. You will be responsible for coordination & resolution of onsite and remote IT issues. Interact with personnel from different departments at different levels to troubleshoot their technical needs, and implement IT solutions to ensure staff workstations meet company and staff requirements.QualificationsTo be considered you must have:

  • A High School Diploma and at least a minimum of six months experience in a help desk or desktop support function.
  • A personal vehicle required for daily use for travel to different site locations.
  • A level one fingerprint clearance card or the ability to obtain one before starting.
  • Demonstrates proficiency with all Microsoft Office Professional programs, and has experience with Microsoft Office 10, 16, & 19
  • Working knowledge of Internet security and data privacy principles
  • Uses routine troubleshooting methodologies that provide efficient, effective resolution and minimize impact to the user.
  • Capable of researching a solution if no documentation on the issue is available.
  • Self-directed once assigned work and functions with considerable independence.
  • Perform laptop and desktop provisioning, deployment, troubleshooting, repair and maintain hardware and software throughout the organization.
  • Troubleshoot basic internet connection issues (wireless, hardwire, VPN)
  • Experience with mobile devices, printers, copiers, scanners, laptops, iPads, desk phones & workstations.
  • Use a ticketing system to report individual work accomplishments and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with the user in non-technical terms so users understand.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • Must be able to display verbal and written communication skills that meet the requirements of the position and the needs of vendors and community liaisons.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • A valid Arizona Driver’s license with an acceptable 5-year driving record

You are a star candidate if you have the above, and:

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field; or combination of college coursework and relevant work experience
  • Technology-related certifications such as CompTIA A+
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
