Job description: Adaptive Solutions Group is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We provide a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract to hire, or direct placement positions to companies in and around the Kansas City and St. Louis areas.We are currently looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join our team.Responsibilities
- Responding to internal usersâ requests, problems, and ideas
- IT-Troubleshooting issues with the network, phone system, desktop computer, remote server applications
- IT-Use outside resources to find solutions to basic help desk issues
- Manage day-to-day IT support
- Provide training and assistance to end-users on IT-related topics
- Create detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPâs) as required
- Vendor management of various IT vendors
- Order new equipment, manage budgets and invoice processing
- Prepare and maintain helpdesk reports and metrics
Required Qualifications
- Proven hands-on, results-driven experience IT functions
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, server software, and Windows 10/11
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Professional communication and presentation skills
