- Work type – Full time, Onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Windows 10 to 11 migrations and laptops/desktop deployments
- supplying Astemo imagine on the machines, deployment out to the end user
- troubleshooting & support
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in desktop support, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with a user-focused approach.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
