We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our team for a long-term onsite engagement in Albany, NY. The right candidate will have a strong background in Level 2 support, Windows troubleshooting, and enterprise IT tools. This role requires hands-on experience and the ability to work directly with end users in a professional environment.Minimum Requirements (3+ Years of Experience in Each):Providing Level 2 help desk and end-user technical supportTroubleshooting hardware and software issues, particularly Windows 11 or similar OSInstalling and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and OutlookProficiency with Lansweeper, Remote Desktop, and Active Directory (all three required)Working within ITSM service desk systemsInstalling and configuring Windows-based systems, peripherals, network printers, and thin clientsImaging computers and handling equipment weighing up to 50 lbsSupporting RSA Console and Workspace1Assisting users via phone, email, and in-person supportManaging virtual desktops using VMware vSphereHow to Apply:
