The ideal candidate will have:3+ years of relevant IT support experienceCompTIA A+ certification required; proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and a positive, service-oriented attitudeAbility to manage tasks, tickets, and changing priorities with minimal supervisionStrong communication and collaboration skills, with adaptability to meet varying user needsCommitment to Custom Ink’s values and flexibility to support rotating on-call schedulesCompensation:We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.For this salaried exempt position is $50,000- $67,500 plus a performance bonus of $2,000, tied to individual/company performance and continued retention.
