The ideal candidate will have:3+ years of relevant IT support experienceCompTIA A+ certification required; proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux environmentsStrong problem-solving skills and a positive, service-oriented attitudeAbility to manage tasks, tickets, and changing priorities with minimal supervisionStrong communication and collaboration skills, with adaptability to meet varying user needsCommitment to Custom Ink’s values and flexibility to support rotating on-call schedulesCompensation:We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.For this salaried exempt position is $50,000- $67,500 plus a performance bonus of $2,000, tied to individual/company performance and continued retention. Collaborate closely with IT peers and contribute to support documentation and process improvement initiativesHow you’ll be measured:Effective and timely resolution of assigned support tickets and project tasksHigh satisfaction ratings and positive feedback from InkersAccurate and proactive maintenance of IT systems and inventoryActive contributions to process enhancements and documentation qualityDemonstrated commitment to continuous learning and collaborationHow you’ll make a difference:In this role, you’ll directly support the productivity and satisfaction of Inkers across Custom Ink by ensuring that our technology environment is responsive, reliable, and user-friendly.
