Job description: Overview:Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Solutions and Services division for a contract Desktop Support Technician role onsite in Janesville, WI. The contract will last between 1-3 months and will be M-F, 7-4PM.Starting pay is $25/hr. Background and drug screen will be required for this position.Responsibilities:Troubleshooting and problem resolution: Diagnosing and resolving computer hardware, software, and network issues.Hardware and software maintenance: Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, including operating systems and applications.On-site and remote support: Providing technical assistance to users, both in person and remotely.End-user support: Assisting users with basic computer tasks and troubleshooting. Min: USD $25.00/Hr. Max: USD $28.00/Hr. Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Candidate should have an A+ (or be willing to get)
- Windows 10 knowledge
- Hardware repair experience both PC and Printer
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Experienced with providing PC support both desk-side and remote.
- Able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Microsoft Office 365 experience is a plus
Expected salary: $25 per hour
