Job description: Job Description:The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Provides on-site and remote support, installations, and configurations.Requirements:Proficiency with Windows 10/11, macOSExperience with imaging tools (e.g., SCCM, MDT)Familiarity with Active Directory (user/computer account management)Strong hardware and peripheral troubleshooting skillsBasic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Expected salary: $24 – 26 per hour
