Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Field Services Engineer to manage and support USA boutique devices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Windows 11 imaging and troubleshooting, Windows 10 troubleshooting, and hardware support for laptops, desktops, and tablets. This role requires excellent written and spoken English skills, as well as a strong background in customer support within an office environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support USA boutique devices.
- Perform Windows 11 imaging and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot and support Windows 10 systems.
- Provide hardware support for laptops, desktops, and tablets.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office products.
- Provide support for POS (Point of Sale) machines.
- Deliver exceptional customer support in an office environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Windows 11 imaging and troubleshooting – Mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 troubleshooting. Mandatory
- Extensive hardware support experience for laptops, desktops, and tablets.
- Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in supporting POS (Retail) machines – Mandatory
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Strong customer support experience in an office environment.
- Experience with ServiceNow. –
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows 11, CompTIA A+).
- Experience with supporting retail environments, remote support tools and ticketing systems.
