We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.Duties
– Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
– Respond to IT issues; provide technical support across the company (this may involve in-person or remote assistance).
– Maintain IT documentation and records.
– Collaborate with the IT team to complete projects
– Be the face of TechnologySkills
– Proficiency in Windows operating systems.– MS Office suite– Intune
– Knowledge of computer networking.
– Experience with ServiceNow
– Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
– Strong skills in software troubleshooting and familiarity with IT infrastructure.
