Job description: Job Description:Desktop Support L2 Technician:Essential Functions:o Handles and troubleshoots end-user issues via the on-site walk-up center· Handles and troubleshoots end-user issues routed from L1o Documents all issues in CRM Tool (Service Now)· Assists Users by troubleshooting and resolving issues via phone, remote, and also provide desktop onsite support.· Expedites the resolution of customer issues to senior level support as required.· Responsible for AV, Conference Room and Network Printer supporto Coordinate with external vendors as needed· Assists with various other technical tasks, as required, such as: imaging computers, assisting with projects, application rollouts, and preventative maintenance.Job Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree or A+ Certification + work experienceExperience:2+ years’ experience in Desktop Support and/or Technical SupportWindows 10 experienceTechnical SkillsProficient in MS Office Suite.Service Now experience preferredNon-Technical Skills:Highly motivated and great attention to detail. Strong commitment to work under tight timelines and complex/changing situations. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills. Broad level of interpersonal skills and flexibility. Cultural sensitivity and ability to develop consensus within a multinational organization.Physical Demands:Normal office environment with prolonged sitting and extensive computer workAbility to lift equipment and boxes up to 50lbs.
