Duration : 12+ months Contract (with possible extension)Job Description:
- Experienced deskside support technician with 3 years minimum experience supporting Remote clients.
- Provide support on various laptop, desktop and tablet running Win 10 /11
- Support O365
- Need a person that is responsible for all of their time and actions working in a team environment.
- Detailed oriented person that can accurately update various databases as well as Service Now. Billing is dependent on accurate updates.
- Excellent customer skillsets required.
- Assist the build bench and asset team on site as needed or on a schedule.
- Physically on-site position at the client’s office in downtown Minneapolis.
- Remote takeover experience with tools like Bomgar.
- Learn Carbonite Cloud backup solution that we offer to our client Advisors.
