Location: Commerce City, Colorado (Onsite)
Duration/Term: Long Term ContractJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to join our end-user support team. This role will be responsible for providing first-line technical support across desktops, laptops, collaboration tools, and unified communication systems. The candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft environments (Windows, M365/O365), system imaging, and deskside troubleshooting, along with excellent communication and customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows/macOS, desktops, laptops, and O365/M365 applications
- Provide support for Unified Communication tools including Microsoft Teams and Zoom
- Perform meeting room checks, support A/V hardware, and address collaboration tool challenges
- Execute tasks related to Windows 10/11 migration, profile management, and data backups
- Troubleshoot network connectivity, printers, shared drives, and user profile issues
- Deploy standard device images using Endpoint Manager/Intune
- Log support requests in the ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing system and maintain SLA compliance
- Deliver timely and effective Level 1 support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when needed
- Participate in the pre-build, setup, and delivery of devices and peripheral equipment
Technical Proficiencies:
- Windows 10 & 11, macOS
- Microsoft O365/M365 suite
- Azure AD, Endpoint Manager (Intune), Active Directory
- Network basics (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN troubleshooting)
- Imaging tools and user profile management
- Ticket logging and service management (ServiceNow or similar)
