Job description: Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a fully on-site, long-term contract position where you will provide level 2 support to end-users and maintain the efficiency of desktop systems. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations.Responsibilities:
- Provide level 2 support to resolve technical issues for end-users, managing 5-20 tickets daily across a user base of 200.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to desktop systems, hardware, and software.
- Perform desktop imaging tasks to deploy and maintain workstations.
- Offer remote support to address technical challenges when required.
- Administer and manage Active Directory configurations to ensure system security and functionality.
- Maintain and repair desktop hardware to optimize performance.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to improve support processes.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing technical concerns.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance support capabilities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in PC desktop and workstation support.
- Proficiency in Active Directory administration.
- Strong knowledge of desktop hardware maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Expertise in desktop imaging and deployment.
- Ability to manage multiple tickets effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to provide clear guidance and support.
Expected salary: $20.59 – 23.84 per hour
