Job description: Job Title: Desktop Support AnalystLocation: RemoteWe are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualificationResponsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard software applications.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks including setting up new hardware and user accounts.
- Resolve technical issues in-person, via phone, email, or remote support tools.
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Document incidents, problems, and resolutions using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with network, server, and application teams when needed.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in a desktop support or helpdesk role.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Experience with SCCM, Intune, or other endpoint management tools.
- ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
- CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Modern Desktop certification preferred.
- Experience supporting hybrid or remote work environments.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
