Job description: Job Title: Desktop Support AnalystLocation: RemoteWe are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualificationResponsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/macOS) and standard software applications.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks including setting up new hardware and user accounts.
  • Resolve technical issues in-person, via phone, email, or remote support tools.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.
  • Document incidents, problems, and resolutions using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Ensure adherence to IT security policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with network, server, and application teams when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience in a desktop support or helpdesk role.
  • Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and remote desktop tools.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Experience with SCCM, Intune, or other endpoint management tools.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
  • CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Modern Desktop certification preferred.
  • Experience supporting hybrid or remote work environments.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
