If the Desktop Support Analyst position sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!Responsibilities for a Desktop Support Analyst include but are not limited to:Configure and support laptops, desktops, Cisco IP phones, wireless devices (Android/iOS), and AV equipment.Perform desktop/laptop imaging, Windows 10 troubleshooting, and O365 administration (including AD/O365 account management).Provide support for Teams rooms, audio-visual setups, and software installations such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.Respond to and resolve ServiceNow tickets, documenting actions and following standard operating procedures.Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, maintain accurate records, and mentor Level I support staff.Ensure compliance with quality, security, and environmental standards.Candidates for Desktop Support Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:Bachelor’s degree or 3-5 years of desktop support/IT experience.Strong knowledge of Windows OS, O365, Active Directory, and basic networking.Familiarity with Bomgar remote support, ServiceNow, and AV/Teams room support preferred.A+ certification or equivalent technical knowledge is a plus.Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and customer service mindset.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.What’s in this Desktop Support Analyst position for you?Pay: $28.64/hourShift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Weekly paycheckDedicated Onboarding Specialist & RecruiterAccess to Adecco’s Aspire Academy with thousands of free upskilling coursesThis Desktop Support Analyst role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local branch.
